His extensive tenure has given him a comprehensive understanding of the property and casualty industry, as well as the unique needs of our clients.
For over 12 years, David served as our Customer Service Manager, where he developed a strong reputation for anticipating client needs and delivering exceptional service. His background in the audio-visual field, combined with a self-taught expertise in computer technology—including building his own computers—makes him uniquely equipped to support both technical and operational excellence within our organization.
In his current role, David leads the team responsible for coordinating transcription operations and supporting our network of independent transcriptionists. His deep understanding of internal workflows and external demands ensures that projects are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards. He also plays an active role in company development and strategic planning initiatives.
