Comprehensive Security Policies & Procedures
Allegis has a comprehensive set of policies and procedures in place to protect customer data. In our more than 18 years of doing business, we have never experienced a data security incident. Prevention is our first line of defense and we have multiple measures in place to protect sensitive data and reduce the impact of such a security event, should one occur. Such measures include vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, firewalls, and data encryption.
Managed Data Retention & Storage
Allegis creates and retains a back-up copy of customer data at a secure, SOC 2 Type 2 certified data center. Our process includes an automated and regular back up of customer data at a secure off-site data center as part of the company’s disaster recovery plan. Allegis retains audio files for a maximum of three weeks before secure deletion. Completed transcripts are available for download through our online service center for 60 days.
